Laureen:
"This book looks truly interesting with regards to the new face of consumerism and marketing around the world via the world wide web. This could even become one of the new business cult classics, beating out the archaic ones about door-to-door sales, mass mail marketing campaigns or the disgraceful telemarketing strategies of the past."

Suse says:
"Some of my recent reading (very eclectic in nature) has included books like The World Is Flat which insists the world and the world of business has changed and will continue to evolve; other business tomes still want to insist that the old rules of business success ar still the Laws of Nature that does not evolve and change. O.P.E.N. sounds like it is a good addition to this -- and may bring a bit of balance to the yammering voices.
