Comments for Mars: The Red Planet
For someone new to physics and astronomy the book provides a solid foundation. For readers who have had high school or introductory courses in college, it's a good reminder of how things work. It's a fairly quick read for such a heavy subject. As the book was published in 1977 it doesn't have any of the recent expeditions to the planet. There is nothing about the Mars rovers and the data they've sent back. I read this book for the Science Book challenge. books | nonfiction | Isaac Asimov | 1977 All work © 1997-2009 Sarah Sammis |
