My reading last week was comprised of reading for school, more manga and review books I've had in my possession for too long. I didn't, however, read (or even start!) any wishlist books.

Right now I'm reading Conrad's Fate, the fifth in Diana Wynn Jones's Crestomanci series. I read the first half of the series about a decade ago and didn't notice that she had written more books in the series until about a month ago. My wish for this week relates directly to the book I'm currently reading.

The list of upcoming wishlist reads remains unchanged.

I was actually in the process of writing up a wishlist post for a completely different book when I saw @xicanti mention on twitter that she was reading a Diana Wynne Jones book. Since I'm in the middle of Conrad's Fate, I asked her which book she was reading. Turns out she's reading the next book after mine.

I added it to my wishlist because I adore the Chrestomanci series and I didn't know that there was a sixth book.

I was so sorry to hear the news of Diana Wynne Jones death...she wrote some absolutely fantasic books. I actually had a retrospective of her this week - check it out! :)
