Planet Joss
Planet Joss I created to continue exploring skies and displacements. Joss uses some of the plug-ins available
from the Pandromeda site.

Preview 1 of Joss
Now that Iago is up for challenge 142, I have started on planet Joss. I borrowed the sky used in "Nowandthen" and began to
tweak it. I've removed the purple feature but kept the atmospheric nuances. Joss has three distinct latitudinal regions,
with large polar ice caps. The ice caps are my favorite pice of Joss. The middle section looks like its geologically active
with lava flows from all the a'a type textures. The equator is rather experimental.

Better Living through Science!
While playing with Joss's rings, I came across this wonderfully 1950s shot. I've since fixed this problem with Joss but
if you want to recreate it and have a copy of Generator:
- Bring the sun's orbit 3x closer to Joss
- Turn off the bottom texture node in the ring's color texture (the one not labeled "stripes.")
- Move camera to high orbit and render.

Over the Melting Polar Icecap
Taken in a low orbit with the camera facing down. The sliders were set for high on "melting polar ice caps" and "flatten
mounds."
